Eiesha Bharti Pasricha: The Creative Force Behind Estelle, Gleneagles and Lady E

    Eiesha Bharti Pasricha
    Eiesha Bharti Pasricha

Eiesha Bharti Pasricha is a British creative entrepreneur, lifestyle investor and artistic director. Her work connects luxury hospitality, fashion, art, design and philanthropy. Born in Scotland and raised between India and the Scottish Highlands, she developed a strong understanding of different cultures from an early age. Today, she is based in London and plays an important role in several well-known hospitality and lifestyle ventures.

She is also known for her marriage to Sharan Pasricha, the founder of Ennismore. Together, they have built businesses that focus on design, service, comfort and memorable experiences.

Eiesha Bharti Pasricha’s Early Life and Family

Eiesha Bharti Pasricha was born in Scotland and spent much of her childhood between New Delhi and the Highlands. She has described India as full of colour, movement and energy, while Scotland gave her a love of silence, nature and open spaces.

Her father is Sunil Bharti Mittal, the founder of Bharti Enterprises and one of India’s most successful business leaders. Through her family, Eiesha gained early knowledge of business, leadership and philanthropy. However, her own career has followed a different path. Instead of working mainly in telecommunications, she developed a strong interest in fashion, interiors, hospitality and creative businesses.

    Education and Early Ambitions

Eiesha Bharti Pasricha studied politics and French at university. At one stage, she considered a career with the United Nations because of her interest in global affairs and different cultures. Her education gave her a broad view of society and international life. This later helped her work with brands that bring together people, design and cultural ideas from different parts of the world. Her childhood also shaped her strong eye for detail. She remembers noticing how tables were arranged, how flowers were displayed and how different spaces made people feel.

Eiesha’s First Steps in Fashion and Luxury

Before becoming closely connected with luxury hotels, Eiesha gained experience in high-end retail. She spent a year as a sales assistant at Louis Vuitton in Paris. This role taught her about customer service, luxury presentation and the importance of small details. It also showed her how a strong brand can create a complete emotional experience for customers.

Later, she supported businesses in fashion, beauty and lifestyle. Her known interests have included Roksanda and BeautyStack, along with other creative ventures. Eiesha has always shown interest in independent designers and new ideas. Her work has often involved finding talented people and giving them the space to develop their vision.

    Her Role at Gleneagles

Eiesha Bharti Pasricha’s connection with hospitality grew after Sharan Pasricha acquired Gleneagles in Scotland. The historic hotel became an important platform for her creative ideas. She helped influence the hotel’s interiors, retail spaces, events, flowers, tableware and overall feeling. Her approach added a softer and more personal touch to the traditional Scottish setting.

The hotel’s retail arcade also reflects her interests. It brings together fashion, jewellery, beauty, children’s products and countryside clothing in one carefully designed space. Eiesha believes that a hotel should offer more than a room and a bed. It should create a feeling that guests remember long after they leave.

    Eiesha Bharti Pasricha and Estelle

Eiesha Bharti Pasricha is a major creative force behind the Estelle hospitality world. The brand includes Maison Estelle in Mayfair, Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire and Celeste in Notting Hill. The idea of Estelle is based on a fictional woman who is independent, cultured and constantly travelling. She collects fabrics, art and objects from different places and brings them together in her own unique world. This idea gives the Estelle brand its character. Each location is designed to feel personal, layered and full of stories rather than cold or overly formal.

    Maison Estelle

Maison Estelle is a private members’ club in Mayfair. It is based inside a historic Georgian townhouse and offers an intimate setting for dining, conversation and social events. The interiors combine art, antique pieces, bold colours, rich textures and carefully chosen furniture. Photography is not permitted inside, which helps protect the private atmosphere of the house. Eiesha has helped shape the creative feeling of Maison Estelle. Her aim is to make members feel as if they are visiting the home of a fascinating and well-travelled woman.

    Estelle Manor

Estelle Manor opened in Oxfordshire in 2023. It is a country hotel and private members’ club set within the former Eynsham Hall estate. The property has 108 rooms, restaurants, gardens, wellness facilities and spaces for members to relax. Its Roman-style bathhouse, known as Eynsham Baths, is one of its most distinctive features.

Eiesha Bharti Pasricha works as a co-creative director alongside Sharan. Her influence can be seen in the art, uniforms, scent, spa products, tableware, flowers, events and hotel merchandise. She has also helped develop the hotel’s minibar and guest products. Even small details, such as silk accessories, face masks and wellness items, are chosen to match the wider Estelle experience.

    Celeste Notting Hill

Celeste is the latest addition to the family’s hospitality businesses. Eiesha welcomed its arrival by saying that Notting Hill had entered a new era, describing the change as “BC and AC” — Before Celeste and After Celeste. Celeste brings the Estelle spirit into a London neighbourhood setting. It is designed to combine private membership, hospitality, food and a strong sense of community. Her message about Celeste shows how closely she connects hospitality with place. For Eiesha, a successful venue should feel like part of its neighbourhood while still having a clear personality.

    Lady E Fashion Collection

In 2025, Eiesha Bharti Pasricha launched Lady E, a limited fashion collection inspired by the fictional muse Estelle. The collection uses Indian brocades, silks and handwoven fabrics. These materials are reworked through Neapolitan tailoring, creating clothing that combines Indian heritage with European craftsmanship. Lady E is not based on simple nostalgia. It gives traditional materials a fresh purpose and presents them in a modern style.

The collection is available through The Muse at Estelle Manor and the retail arcade at Gleneagles. It reflects Eiesha’s love of travel, culture, clothing and skilled craftsmanship.

    The Muse at Estelle Manor

Eiesha Bharti Pasricha is also described as the co-founder and artistic director of The Muse. The space brings together fashion, beauty, hotel merchandise and carefully chosen lifestyle products. The Muse gives guests the chance to take home part of the Estelle world. It works as a concept store but also supports independent brands and creative makers. This venture shows Eiesha’s ability to combine business with personal taste. She chooses products that fit the mood of Estelle rather than simply following popular trends.

Eiesha Bharti Pasricha Marriage, Children and Home Life

Eiesha Bharti Pasricha is married to Sharan Pasricha. The couple have two children and divide their family life between London and their hospitality interests. Their Notting Hill home has been featured for its art, furniture and warm family atmosphere. Eiesha helped shape the house with a strong focus on colour, comfort and creativity. She has explained that the home was designed for everyday family life, not only for entertaining guests. Her daughter has done homework in the family room, while her son enjoyed tea beside the fire.

    Philanthropy and Social Values

Eiesha Bharti Pasricha serves on the board of the Bharti Foundation, which supports education programmes for children in India. The foundation gives particular attention to girls and communities with limited access to education. She has also supported creative and equality-focused projects. One example is Breath is Invisible, a community art project in Notting Hill created in honour of the late artist Khadija Saye.

Her personal philosophy is reflected in her discussion of the Sanskrit word “Mudita”. The word describes joy in the success and happiness of other people. Eiesha has encouraged people to support one another rather than treat life as a constant competition. This idea fits with her wider interest in community, kindness and meaningful connections.

    Business Roles and Wealth

Companies House records show that Eiesha has held directorships in businesses connected with Gleneagles, Esra, Bharti Global and Maison Estelle. Her current business interests include Gleneagles Hotels, Gleneagles Townhouse Edinburgh, Esra Restaurants Holdings, Esra Estates and Bharti Global. She resigned as a director of Maison Estelle Limited in March 2026.

There is no confirmed figure for Eiesha Bharti Pasricha’s personal net worth. Her financial position is connected with family wealth, investments and hospitality ventures, but online estimates are not supported by detailed personal accounts.

    Final Thoughts

Eiesha Bharti Pasricha has created a strong identity in luxury hospitality, fashion, art and design. Her work goes far beyond her family background or her marriage to Sharan Pasricha. Through Gleneagles, Estelle Manor, Maison Estelle, Celeste, The Muse and Lady E, she has built a creative world shaped by heritage, travel and careful detail. Her greatest strength is the ability to make luxury feel personal. She brings together business knowledge, artistic taste and a clear understanding of how places can make people feel.
