Sam Faiers has built a powerful career across British television and business. She first became known as a young woman from Brentwood on The Only Way Is Essex, but fame was only the opening chapter. She later became a mother, bestselling author, podcast host and co-founder of a fast-growing beauty brand. Her journey combines family life, health challenges and serious commercial ambition.

    Who Is Sam Faiers?

Samantha Elizabeth Faiers was born on 31 December 1990 in Brentwood, Essex. She is British and is 35 years old as of August 2026. She will celebrate her 36th birthday on 31 December 2026. Before television transformed her life, she worked in a local bank and had ambitions in modelling.

Sam Faiers and Her Family Background

Her mother is Suzie Wells, a television personality and businesswoman in her own right. Suzie raised her daughters through difficult periods and became a familiar figure in their family programmes. Their biological father is Lee Faiers. Dave Chatwood, Suzie’s former husband, became a long-standing father figure whom both daughters call Dad.

Her older sister is Billie Leigh Shepherd, formerly Billie Faiers. Billie was born on 15 January 1990, so the sisters are less than one year apart but are not twins. Their close bond became central to their television success. They have worked together on TOWIE, The Mummy Diaries, The Sam & Billie Show podcast and Sam & Billie: Sister Act.

Media stories have claimed that different homes, careers and priorities created tension between the sisters. Neither has confirmed a permanent break, and they have continued to share professional events and family connections.

    Sam Faiers’ Television Career

Her breakthrough came in October 2010 when she joined the original cast of The Only Way Is Essex. The series followed friendships, romances and business life in Essex. Her relationship with Joey Essex became one of its biggest storylines. They had an on-and-off romance and became engaged, but the relationship ended in 2014.

She remained with TOWIE for eleven series before leaving in 2014. By then, she had gained opportunities in television, publishing, fashion and beauty.

Celebrity Big Brother and Crohn’s Disease

In January 2014, she entered the thirteenth series of Celebrity Big Brother. She reached the final and finished in fifth place. However, she became seriously unwell during her time in the house. Medical tests later led to a diagnosis of Crohn’s disease, a long-term condition that causes inflammation in the digestive system.

She has spoken about pain, weight loss and the effect on her lifestyle. She supported Crohn’s & Colitis UK through its WALK IT campaign. Crohn’s can enter remission, but medical guidance states that it currently has no cure.

The Baby Diaries and The Mummy Diaries

Motherhood created the next stage of her television career. Sam Faiers: The Baby Diaries followed her first pregnancy and early life with her son Paul. Its success led to Sam & Billie: The Mummy Diaries, which began in 2016 and ran for nine series until 2021.

The programme showed parenting, relationships, celebrations and business projects. Suzie Wells, Paul Knightley and the wider family also featured. Sam left in 2021 to focus on her children and commercial ventures. She returned to ITV2 in 2025 with Billie in Sam & Billie: Sister Act. In 2021, she and her eldest son also had small UK voice roles in PAW Patrol: The Movie.

    Sam Faiers’ Partner and Children

She has been in a relationship with Paul Edward Knightley since 2014. They met at a restaurant in Chigwell soon after her final split from Joey Essex. Paul has worked in property and business, but he has generally maintained a quieter presence than his partner.

    Is Sam Faiers Married?

Paul is often called her husband online, yet no reliable confirmation shows that the couple have married. Sam stated in 2024 that they were not engaged and had no immediate wedding plans. A large ring worn on her right hand in July 2026 caused fresh engagement speculation, but the couple did not confirm a proposal. The accurate description is long-term partner.

    Sam Faiers’ Children

The couple have three children. Paul Tony Knightley was born on 29 December 2015. Rosie Elizabeth Knightley arrived on 11 November 2017. Their youngest son, Edward Knightley, was born on 13 May 2022 following a home birth.

As of August 2026, Paul is ten, Rosie is eight and Edward is four. Family life shapes much of their mother’s television and social media work, although she also tries to give the children stability away from constant filming.

    Sam Faiers’ Business Career

Business has been part of her life since her early TOWIE years. She helped launch Minnie’s Boutique with Billie in 2011, before moving towards independent ventures. She introduced the La Bella fragrance in 2014 and later worked with River Island and Tesco. Knightley’s Adventures became a colourful children’s bath and body range, while newer training content aims to help women develop businesses.

    Sam Faiers and Revive Collagen

Her largest commercial achievement is Revive Collagen, founded with John Bailey. The brand launched in 2020 after a lengthy development process. She has said that hormonal acne following Rosie’s birth inspired the idea for a convenient daily sachet made in Britain.

The business operates through PBO Skincare Ltd, where she has served as a director since September 2019. SEF UK Holdings Ltd owns a controlling share of PBO Skincare, giving her a substantial indirect interest. The precise economic percentage is not disclosed.

The range includes Original, Enhanced Plus, Vegan, Peri Menopause, Menopause Max and Beauty Sleep. In August 2026, the company introduced Enhanced Plus Pro, containing 13,500 milligrams of marine collagen per sachet. It also has more vitamin C, vitamin E and added beauty minerals.

    Growth of Revive Collagen

By June 2026, Barclays stated that the products were available in more than 10,000 retail locations worldwide. The bank also provided a £3.75 million funding package for stock, working capital and overseas growth. A 2025 business podcast described Revive as a £28 million wellness business. This concerns company scale, not Sam’s personal wealth. She has said that she sold an earlier property to help fund the venture.

In 2021, the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint about one Revive Instagram promotion. It found that a hydration claim was not authorised and that claims concerning wrinkles, plumpness and skin tone lacked robust evidence. The promotion could not run again in that form. The decision concerned one campaign and was not a finding of fraud.

    Sam Faiers’ Companies House Roles

Her business history covers eleven directorship entries held under separate Companies House records. Current roles include PBO Skincare Ltd, SEF UK Holdings Ltd, SEF Enterprises Ltd, Knightley Property Investments Ltd and The Organic Gin Company Ltd. The gin company filed dormant accounts through May 2025 and has no confirmed consumer launch.

Past roles include TOWIE Ltd, Gracieve Ltd, Mouse Media Enterprises Ltd, Old Lane (Ockham) Management Company Ltd, All Bits London Ltd and Blessed Beginnings Foundation. The foundation was formed in 2024 and dissolved in July 2025.

Sam Faiers’ Net Worth and Home

Her exact personal net worth has never been confirmed through audited personal accounts. A figure of £9 million is often used by entertainment media, but it remains an estimate. Revive’s sales, funding and business value cannot be treated as her private fortune. Her income comes from company ownership, television, books, podcast work, fashion partnerships, endorsements and property interests.

    Sam Faiers’ Surrey House

She lives with Paul and their children in Surrey, with Cobham given as her professional location. The family moved into a spacious five-bedroom home in 2022. Media coverage has valued it at roughly £2.25 million, though this is not a verified present valuation. She shares renovation, garden and interior content but keeps the exact residential address private.

Sam Faiers’ Books and Social Media

She has written three books. Living Life the Essex Way became a Sunday Times bestseller in 2012. Secrets and Lies followed in 2015, while My Baby & Me focused on pregnancy, birth and early parenting. Her verified Instagram account has about 2.4 million followers and combines motherhood, travel, clothing, food, wellness and commercial campaigns. She also co-hosts The Sam & Billie Show podcast.

    Final Thoughts on Sam Faiers

Sam Faiers has moved far beyond her first image as a young Essex reality star. Television gave her a national platform, but family programmes, publishing and business allowed her to create a broader career. Revive Collagen has become the strongest part of that commercial journey, while motherhood remains central to her identity.

Her life also includes genuine challenges, including Crohn’s disease, complicated family history and the pressure of raising children in the spotlight. Through each stage, she has continued to adapt. Her enduring success rests on familiarity, family connection and a strong drive to build something lasting beyond television fame.
